How long does delivery take?

At the moment, we are experiencing a very high volume of orders and therefore our lead times are currently between 7-10 working days (excluding weekends) for dispatch. If you require your item sooner please email us and we will try to assist you.

Please be aware that during busy promotional periods or Christmas deliveries can take up to 10 business days with Royal Mail.

I have ordered the wrong size clothing can I exchange it or get a refund?

We offer an exchange on all incorrect sizes as long as the item is not a Customised item and hasn't been personalised.

Personalised items can not be exchanged or refunded.

If you wish to return an item our returns address is below. Please attach a letter advising us what action you require, either a different size or refund
